Note. This is a courtesy translation. This website is published from France and governed by French law; the French version prevails in the event of any discrepancy.
This policy describes how Brice Le Ficher processes the personal data of visitors to noyzee.io, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and French Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended.
It covers the public website only. Data processing within the Noyzee platform is governed by a separate contractual agreement with each client.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Brice Le Ficher, whose registered office is at 29 rue du Capitaine Ferber, 92130 Issy-les-Moulineaux, France.
For any question relating to personal data: brice@noyzee.io.
Compte tenu de la nature et du volume des traitements réalisés, aucun délégué à la protection des données n'a été désigné : les demandes sont traitées directement par l'éditeur.
2. Principle: a data-light website
This site has no client area, no advertising network and no embedded social sharing widgets. Fonts and all assets are served from our own servers: your browser makes no connection to a third-party domain while browsing.
The demo request form is the only place where you send us information. It contains no trackers, no third-party captcha service, and asks only for what is needed to reply to you.

4. Recipients and processors
Data is accessible only to authorised personnel of Brice Le Ficher. We rely on the following processors, under agreements compliant with Article 28 GDPR:
- Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited (Microsoft Azure): hosting of the website, database and media. Data located in the France Central (Paris) region.
- Google Ireland Limited (Google Workspace): receipt and storage of email correspondence.
5. Transfers outside the European Union
The site infrastructure (servers, database and media) is located in France and involves no transfer outside the European Union.
The email service used for correspondence is provided by Google Ireland Limited (Google Workspace), whose parent company is established in the United States. Transfers outside the European Union may therefore occur for that processing activity alone. They are covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and by the provider’s certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
6. Cookies and trackers
Details of cookies, their purpose and how to withdraw consent are set out in the cookie policy.
7. Security
Exchanges with the site are encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). Access to administration systems is restricted and authenticated. Backups are encrypted and kept within the European Union.
8. Your rights
Under the conditions set by the GDPR, you have the following rights: access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection (in particular to processing based on legitimate interest), portability, and withdrawal of consent at any time where processing relies on it.
To exercise them, write to brice@noyzee.io or to the registered office address, stating your request. We respond within one month, extendable by two months for complex requests. Proof of identity may be requested where there is reasonable doubt.
If, after contacting us, you consider your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France).
9. Changes
This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the site or to regulations. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page. Where a substantial change affects processing based on your consent, that consent will be requested again.
